This champagne shows fine mousse in the glass (meaning delicate bubbles as opposed to airy Angel Delight!) and attractive pink colour. The Gremillet estate comprises 33 hectares of Pinot Noir dominant vineyards and is situated in a small village 45 kilometres from Troyes, 180 kilometres south of Paris. The vines lie on steep, sun-drenched hillsides, ideal for creating a classic baked biscuit, rich red berry fruit Champagne.
